We're obsessed with the perfect workout. The perfect plan. The perfect week. The 5am alarm, the hour of lifting, the green smoothie after. And when we can't deliver all of that, we decide we've failed. So we do nothing instead.

That's the trap. And almost every woman I work with has fallen into it at some point.

Here's what I know after years of training women: the client who does 3 sessions a week for 6 months will always outperform the client who does 6 sessions a week for 6 weeks and then burns out. Always.

Consistency is boring. It doesn't feel like a transformation. It doesn't look impressive on a training plan. But it's what actually works — because your body adapts over time, not overnight.

So if you're waiting to feel motivated, to have the perfect schedule, to have everything lined up — stop. Do the thing now, with what you have. Thirty minutes is enough. Three times a week is enough. Starting is enough.

That's what the fitness-led wellness life actually looks like. Not perfection. Presence.
